  • Toast’s rant against people’s choice of words when criticizing “the government” when they’re actually criticizing this administration, and this administration’s use of our government.

  • how we’ve noticed our anxiety manifesting in

  • compulsive checking of news and social media

  • our inner mental life ranging from placid to panic, when thinking of and planning for the future

  • the new vocabulary and strategy we all know now: about not being vectors, so as to flatten the curve, by practicing social distancing
a sentence that probably wouldn’t have made sense to most of us just one week ago

  • realization of having taken mundane things for granted

  • our dependence and interdependence on each other as individuals, a society, and as a species

  • and more

Let’s keep each other safe:

  • Stay informed and live by safe health and hygiene practices

  • Both on the personal individual level (eg: wash your hands)

  • And on the societal level (eg: “social distancing”)
