39 We're Doing a Cleanse
After the holiday season of eat, drink, and be merry, it was high time for a cleanse!
Even just a teeny one.
We recorded this episode on Day 2 of a super short mini cleanse.
Here’s what our diet looked like during this very short window:
Siena’s Cleanse
Siena did her cleanse for 3 days.
Breakfast: none. Well. Coffee.
Throughout the day: fresh fruit and vegetable juices.
Dinner: salad.
Toast’s Cleanse
Toast did her cleanse for 2 days.
Breakfast: lightly cooked dark leafy greens in olive oil, a lightly fried egg, and a piece of toast. Tea, followed by coffee.
Throughout the day: fresh fruit and vegetable juices.
Dinner: salad
It’s amazing how even just this small cleanse helped us to feel better!
It goes to show…
You don’t have to go to epic or extreme lengths.
Just do what you can, take a tiny step, and keep taking ‘em.
